Lovely Lovely restaurant. French/English, we made a reservation for 4, it was a birthday occasion. Lovely food, I mean its small portions but it was good. I personally loved the lamb chops (8/10) The wild rice was okay (6/10) Service was great.

While I understand that it was a busy night, I was a little disappointed with the overall quality of our meal. We started with the onion soup, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The flavor was lacking and it seemed to be missing some key ingredients. Moving on to our ... main dishes, they were decent but not quite up to the standard we had anticipated. Although the steak was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious, the accompanying vegetables and fries were not as flavorful as we had hoped. The vegetables seemed overcooked and lacked freshness, while the fries were not as crispy as we would have liked. Additionally, the service seemed a bit rushed, which detracted from the overall dining experience. It would have been nice to have a more relaxed atmosphere to fully enjoy our meal. Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the excellent service provided by our server. They were attentive and friendly throughout the evening, which helped to mitigate some of the issues we encountered with the food. Overall, while there were some aspects of our dining experience that fell short of our expectations, we still appreciate the effort put forth by the staff.
