The Poke Station was good. We went during midweek lunchtime, and it was not really crowded. The service was good, and we tried the salmon poke, which was tasty, though the rice was a little undercooked.

THE BEST Pokebowl spot in downtown! PokeStation is legit my to go spot for years if I want Poké/healthy food. The portion is big enough to keep you full for hours. You should totally eat inside the restaurant because the decor is amazing! I took the Signature Shaka, which comes with salmon and eel ... and WOW, it's perfect! It's my new favorite bowl! Honestly one of the best Poke places downtown. Reasonable price, big portions, clean place and cute ambience. Fresh food and tasty sauces and seasonings. I do recommend on your lunch break, or even for raw seafood cravings.

You'll find Le Poke Bar tucked into the lower level of a beautiful building here in Montreal. Once inside the place was filled with people enjoying the many options on the menu. Now the catch here is that the menu is in French primarily (no surprise as it's in the ... heart of Montreal). The guy working however picked up that I could only speak English and was very helpful in recommending something. If you enjoy sushi you'll likely really love the bowls. Brown rice, white rice both are great. The food was really great here. Be sure to add the spicy sauce if you like spice. It's clean eating here for sure and highly recommended. The price does go anywhere between $15 bucks and up so with a drink you are looking at about $22 to $25 bucks all said and done. Overall great spot and lots of room to sit and enjoy. Read more
