Great place....can get a bit busy but the food was really good. I did not speak french so it was really nice that the employees were fluent in english.

Great spot for AYCE sushi lovers. Great selection of sushis, japanese dishes and asian fusion staples. Staff is very kind and courteous, however service was too slow on a friday night. Probably because they didnt have enough staff.

Great environment, welcoming waiters and waitresses. —Update— Down to 3 from 5 stars, after the supposedly manager went to CONFRONT one of our guests for an order in the shape he did not expect and hesitated to accept. The management also has some questionable strategy.. seemingly trying to DELAY the pricy stuff so ... as to preserve the cost. They have too low a turnout rate to sustain this already, and honestly for the price as well as atmosphere, they could have been a bit more generous. Also, QA issues, QA. Fish bones, TWICE, in the sashimi. — With all fairness, they do have some dedicated waiters that are trying their best, and it is them who suffer the dissatisfactory. They also do have at least some good stuff and supposedly a good chef. The manager however... questionable approach to say the least.. — Honour of special mention goes to our female Asian manager, who, firmly insists on a minimal 15% tips after QUARRELLING with customers, and upon being nicely reminded of the fish bone problem, demands PHYSICAL EVIDENCE to justify the problem... this case is going to inspection.gc.ca Miss, if are running this bar for money laundering or just throwing some money for fun, keep it up. This little place was a very pleasant discovery as we wanted to get some to eat at noon.. they had two kind of asian beer : Tsingtao and Asahi and maybe some others but you don’t go there mostly for the beer anyways hehe.. We did not eat sushi ... .. but as far as the teriyaki and the tempura concerns that was really amazing. Real different authentic taste of all the preparations with their sweet sauce base (general tao chicken, sesame beef, lemon chicken.. etc) The grilled chicken brochettes are a Must ! It is true that everything is So freshly done it’s amazing !! Great price for buffet a la carte at your table (all you can eat - but don’t waste it because you’ll pay for it ! Totally agree ! I'm really sorry to say that this was a disappointing and somewhat gross experience. The proprietress was very nice and the staff was also friendly but there was a hair deep fried onto our shrimp tempura and something incredibly unappetizing (a fermented bug?) that poured out of the end of ... our sake. That made all the other bites just a bit too gross feeling, and when you're having all you can eat sushi that certainly puts a damper on the mood. We just didn't feel like seeing what came out next. If you're still going I'd recommend avoiding the house sake anyways, as the first sip indicated that the flavor was not good at all. My wife literally asked me to try it to see if it was watered down and said that it was the worst sake she'd ever had ("and that's saying a lot because I've had some bad sake").
