Plus: Octopus is great Private import wines Laid back atmosphere Food presentation is excellent Minus: Scallops and shrimp donut (expensive option on the menu) were disappointing. Mostly the shrimp donut was too doughy for my taste. I wish I took the braised beef The sommelier chooses the wine for you, not possible to see a list, not ... much room for discussion about wine preferences. Didn’t know the price of wine we took either (they said between 52 and 58 and one of them was 60). 10/10 all around. Great staff, the Boss himself was in the house picking up my napkin and getting me a new one and all. Loved the music and above all, the amazing food! Fried calamari was some of the best I've ever had and we loved the Cornish Hen main ... dish. Dessert was delicious also, the crêpe cake with orange and rhubard. Such a gem of a restaurant! The food was delicious! We ordered a plate of mussels, octopus, fried calamari and tartar as appetizers. The scallops and shrimp on Cauliflower as main entree was top notch! The steak was a bit more on the medium well done than medium rare side ... but still good nonetheless. The atmosphere is intimate and the service was great. Will definitely be back! Read more
