Thai Express - Montreal, Quebec

I came there today with my husband to have a dinner and it was just terrible experience. We were waiting for our sushi for one hour but other tables who came after us received their orders already. We asked the servers about that because we really were angry already for ... the spoiled evening but actually we didn’t receive any normal explanation so we just paid for 2 items which we received and for the drinks and left. I gave 1 star for the atmosphere because of the huge rat which was running in their patio all the time and 1 star for service because the servers could warn us in the beginning that it will take very long to prepare the sushi so we could decide if we are ready to wait for so long or no. Super fast service. It was really busy but the person at the counter was working so hard to keep things going fast. I believe their name was Will. Someone give this person a raise. Never would have expected such outstanding service from a fast food chain.

I come here maybe once a month and I'm always greeted with a smile, they get your food to you like a ninja and the portions are always generous --- perfect grub before hitting the movie theatre.

I have been to many Thai expresses in the past but was left very disappointed with the food I gave it back explained and the employee said well this is what it is. Ended up leaving it with the employee at the cash. The general Thai chicken here is horrible. ... You are eating breading. I opened all of the chicken and found one tiny piece of what looked like chicken breast. Barely any tomatoes and zero pineapple pieces. Never returning here. Read more

Dine in and the service was really good. The prices are pretty good considering all the nearby competition. Thanks for the meal!
