Great hotel, great locations, room was clean, friendly staff and most importantly very honest people. Forgot my wallet there after check out, it was returned to me with all the cash and credit cards inside

My room was big clean. The bed is comfortable. Location it’s great. Everything I need to go is within 15 minutes of a walk to universities and shopping area and to old town tour area.

My recent stay at Montreal Sense was notably disappointing due to extremely poor service. The room was spacious and the bathroom was average, but these were the only commendable aspects of the hotel. Service was severely lacking; during our four-day visit, we did not receive any room service despite multiple promises ... from the reception staff that it would be addressed. This led to us having to manage basic tasks ourselves, including taking out the trash and retrieving fresh towels and water bottles—responsibilities typically handled by hotel staff. Upon checkout, we were told that the management would be informed and that we would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, we never received any follow-up communication. Booked via Hotwire and got a very good rate. Clean lobby, elevator and hallways. Room had a good view, clean and serviceable. Room had water, coffee, bathroom stocked, fridge, safe, and TV. No issues during our 2 night stay - sound proofing to the outside pretty decent. Heard only ... faint sounds on the same floor from other rooms. No complaints. Friendly and fast service from staff at checkin and checkout - would stay here again. Read more

This hotel in itself is nice. The rooms are set up nicely. However, the housekeeping is terrible. The rooms are so dirty regardless of them “cleaning it”. Floors are disgusting, beds are dirty, you can tell they do not care about cleanliness. I would not come back here just because ... of how dirty this hotel is. I am surprised they are a 4 star.
