This place has me confused after the 3rd visit. The first 2 times - I rated the subs at 9.5 and the pizza at 4. Subs were loaded with love - the Pizza not so much. This 3rd and probably last time our sub was rated at 4 and the pizza was ... rated at 7. The sub was made with Pizza Dough (be warned its an $ 2 extra charge), the sub looked like it was made at Milano Super Marcher on St.Laurent where the lady weighs every slice of meat she places in her skinny panini. There was nothing inside my 22$ sandwich, I dont even recall seeing cheese - but the Pizza was improved. The fries are ok - service ok - Nice TVs to watch sporting events on but I noticed that this time it was a French Canadian crew and not the usual Italian crew in the kitchen - indicating that the business might have just been sold. I little tip - Imagine a pizza and a pizza dough sub being 2 versions of the same thing (before the lettuce and tomato get added to the sub). Lets safely assume - that a medium 12" pizza and 14" sub are the same size - (Pizza and Sub are both selling for 20-22$) then place the same quantity of ingredients in each. Customers are not fools - they wont come back if they feel they got shorted - trust me. The sub was so bad - I may not go back. Too many changes is never a good sign. The secret with restaurants is, if you have something that is working for you - don't mess with it. Its easy. You want to make more profit - raise the prices but don't reduce the portions and reduce food quality. Every regular customer notices - trust me. Read more
