I have been to this restaurant several times when it was a girl (velda) who served me. Yesterday, I passed by and it was 2 men without any respect. They don't say hello or smile. They told me that (Velda) hadn't been there since March, whereas last Sunday she was ... there. Poor service, food is dry and its two men were standing with their caps backwards and touching their pants, almost surrounding me as I took out my money. I strongly do not advise. Really disappointed! After 20 min waiting for an empanada I cancelled the order and left.The counter and behind of it was a total mess and the display didn't look clean at all.

Veryyyyy but very bad service. The waiter had his headphones on, super unfriendly. I didn't know how to explain the menu. He didn't have any expression. He threw the plates at us, he didn't ask us if we needed anything, I mean I don't think I've ever been served so ... badly. He doesn't say bye or hello or thank you. Zero manners. Amazing experience the pupusas are excellent!

The service is long and rotten!!! The food is pretty mediocre. We were served hot meat and everything else on the plate was ice cold! The banana plaintains looked like they had made war on the freezer (stiff and dark) in short, all that for $90 for 3 people!!! This ... was my last visit to this establishment!
