Arahova Souvlaki - Montreal, Quebec

We've eaten a cold and expensive chicken gyros (50$ for 3 persons) and we've gone very sick next day. My mom has gone in the hospital. That's our experience.

Not only was the food bad, it wasn't even the food I ordered, but the bald guy behind the counter had already been so rude I didnt even bother trying to correct it. Definitely skip this place.

The best deal for pita souvlaki in Montreal, let alone Old Montreal which tends to be very expensive. For $3.95 plus taxes, the pita souvlaki special is hard to resist. And unlike other reviewers here, I actually think the tzatziki is just right: a perfect balance between the tang ... of yogurt and the stong pungence of garlic. It's not cheap, but very good! I tried it on my lunch break instead of McDonald's and I don't regret it! Healthy choice, insanely tasty wrap!

Found a small pebble in my souvlaki. The souvlaki was lacking content. Very few vegetables and the pieces of meat were very small. I mean, most of it was just cheap yogourt (not enough garlic to call it tzatziki). The potatoes were awful, tasted freezer burnt as another reviewer noticed. ... Owner aggressive as soon as clients walk near his kiosk, and tries to suck them in. More interested in making a buck than making good food. I say this because it was hugely overpriced. As a side note, they did not want to take my reusable bottle for my drink and insisted I use a throw-away cup. I wasn't even able to get a bottled drink with my combo apparently... WTF.
