Very cozy and great mexican place to visit with friends or for a romantic dinner. Tastes like in Mexico. Prices are fair for the quality. Good selection of dishes. Tried Taccos de Birria, Fajitas and Quesso Ranchero. Very good. Worth it

1. You pay a lot for what you get 🙁 2. Mojitos can not be admired, savored nor enjoyed when in clay pots 3. Not enough salsa/sour cream/beans to put in the fajitas and no way to get it out of the ridiculously small SQUARE presentation 3 section dish they put it ... in. Try round bowls… and maybe a spoon or two? Come on guys. This is not a bad place but, a few things can definitely be improved. Everything listed above and add shrimp tacos to your repertoire and I mean soft shell tacos. I am sure El Sabor will benefit from being on “the hippest street in North America” for a good long time… but this place needs to step it up a bit to be one of the greatest Mexican restaurants in the area. One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in Montreal, honestly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere; the staff was super nice, and the restaurant was clean. We ordered drinks and starters, which both came very fast and were extremely tasty. Followed by our mains, and they were great. Please ... go if you're in the area; you won't be disappointed. Great Mexican restaurant 🤩 loved the cactus salad, very refreshing. The porc tacos are yummy 😋 the margarita is one of the best I had. Loved the dessert tres leches, fresh and delicious 🤠 very good service 😁

Great cocktails and authentic yummy food. We had a lot of Mexicans in our group and they were all very excited about the excellent cooking. Very fun atmosphere and music!
