Food was delicious and great service...will be back!!

Ordered off uber eats for pickup, got there and was told she rejected the order, so i said okay no problem and sat down for a minute to contact uber about the kitchen being closed and to cancel the order, not even 30 seconds after sitting the staff member approaches ... me and asks me if i really have to do this here? Its a public restuarant that opens at 11am, and i cant resolve an issue about not being able to get their own food off the uber app? What a great place Read more

When I had been there several times with some friends pre-pandemic it was great 4-5 stars. The food was delicious and the staff was always super friendly. Went back towards the end of winter and it was different. The food was just ok and no more roasted potatoes, just fritz. ... The tall younger guy behind the counter was rude. He stared at me like I was a bother because I dared to ask a question about the food and then he when I started to order he walked away and went into the back. 1 star but what saved it was the young woman behind the counter. She took my order and was very nice and patient when I added a couple of things at the last minute. I'd be willing to give it another chance. Read more

The place is a little to bright for my taste doesn't have that relaxing vibe I got a poutine and the fries were undercooked The shisha was alright The staff is super nice and friendly This place isn't my cup of tea sadly

Chez Zaza is my favorite shisha cafe. The staff is friendly and chill. It kinda looks like an old cafeteria, but I like it that way. It's simple and cozy. I love to go in the afternoon, when the sun shines through the large windows. It's not too loud or too ... crowded. The perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious mango smoothie. Food is good too. They have healthy salads, poutine and some sandwiches. Read more
