Arepera du plateau - Montreal, Quebec

We came here during a group lunch at work and it was great. They have a lot of sandwich options (Arepas) to chose from, basically something for everyone. But that is basically all they do, nice to see a restaurant that knows their specialty and does it so well (there ... are also some plates to choose from). We were all very pleased with our choices and the prices are great as well. We were in a hurry, as you often are during a large work lunch, but this place was fast (we did all look at the menu in advance though and planned our orders). A very good option for a quick bite. 10/10 experience here, the food was INCREDIBLE the service was great, friendly waitress that knew the dishes very well and was able to give us perfect recommendations. We had 3 arepas split between the two of us and they were huge for the price! Amazing.

Had the pork belly arepa, plantains, and the cane sugar juice with lime. The food was so great. The service was so kind. 100% will be back. I love arepas bc they are gluten free and corn is so yummy, and these do not disappoint esp with the medium spicy ... sauce. I already ate one piece of pork from this before I took the photo. This was a SUCCULENT meal. The arepas are simply delicious, the sauce they give you is to die for, and on top of that everything just happens to be fully gluten free. I had a chicken arepa with cheese, plantain and beans (Pabellón de pollo) and it was so good. ... They have a very large selection of vegetarian and vegan meals as well. Some of the best plantains I've had in a restaurant! I had been wanting to try arepas for the longest time and now I know I'll be craving it constantly. Their lime and sugar cane juice should also not be passed up.
