Super friendly staff, amazing food. Cash or debit only. First time ordering here but won't be my last. It was the best KFC (Korean fried chicken) I've had. It's the thigh meat which is the best, juiciest and tender and flavourful, but BONELESS! The plain original one is very yummy and ... you do get some white sauce on the side to drizzle, the spicy coated one is also good. We also had a beef kimchi Dolsot bibim bap, since it was take out it didn't have that crust but it was really good nonetheless. It wasn't dry, had a sauce on the side to drizzle. It came with a small Miso soup as well that I didn't see in the description so that's a nice little bonus. The japchae was darker in color than I'm used to but the flavor was perfect, though could have used a little more veggies. The quantity of meat on each was a good balanced amount. Highly recommend. Pros: Delicious food - my favorite are the octopus balls, kimchi pancake and the cup bap (check the pictures for what they look like). Quick service. Very friendly and bilingual staff. Don’t let the outside look of the restaurant scare you away. Once you get in, it’s cozy and comfy. The service was excellent. Their seafood pancake is quite delicious, actually put a log of seafood inside. Their bibimbap is very authentic and has big portion. Would definitely go back.

Great little Korean hotspot on queen mary that serves good authentic Korean food, friendly service, cozy atmosphere. The highlights were the spicy friend chicken, and the cup bap bulging I was amazing. Would definitely come back !

Great little Korean restaurant with fantastic food and warm service. Everything tasted unique with nothing that was "just like any other Korean restaurant". Lady works hard to serve the customers, so you have very warm service, but on her own it means that it can be a little slow. The ... table next to us were trying to flag her down on multiple occasions and I had to get us to go to the cash to pay. Probably sizes were above average and prices were fair. If I had to compare to the likes of Shabu Shabu and Hwang Kum, I would say that Jumak is the better choice in almost every aspect. Overall, very positive experience, I will come back! Read more
