Used to be satisfied until yesterday. The chicken wings still have blood inside! I’m not eating medium-rare chicken wing man!

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL TIMES! PINK CHICKEN! I ordered Half Hot Wings and Half Soy Garlic Wings and found 3 wings with pink bones and extremely undercooked meat as soon as I started eating. I called the restaurant asking to send me another box, and the guy tells me that ... they can't really send the ones with bones (assuming it costs more to get the ones with bones than boneless). On top of that, he tells me that the delivery guy is on a break so they can't send the new box. (I'm a student living far so don't have a car to pick up). He says the delivery man will get off break at 5PM, I tell them to send the box at 5PM. He then says that I need to pay for the DELIVERY fee again since they are sending another box ($3.50). I refuse to pay the delivery fee, (at this point I need to wait another 3 hours to get the new box of chicken so it's already an inconvenience) and the guy asks my age (?) and says that I am disrespectful and tells me that he is 57. I ask him to let me talk to the manager and he says there is no manager. And I tell him to hand the phone over to another staff and he says there is no other staff (?). The guy definitely has no idea how to operate restaurant properly and he is a LIAR. He says he is not going to give the chicken. Just absolutely horrendous customer service and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my life. Cheese sticks are good. But very very small portion. 4.99 for 5 mini cheese sticks is just not with it. We ordered boneless chicken, half spicy and half garlic, it was kind of disappointing. Fries are just fries... completely fried chicken place, almost nothing else on the menu. Drinks are ... expensive. Not good enough to go back. And some other Korean fried chicken places are definitely much better. Read more

One of the best Korean fried chicken apart from Mon Ami. You can order boneless fried chicken which is an extra 1$ but totally worth it.
