The reviews speak for themselves—Google should allow zero-star ratings for this restaurant. Unfortunately, I ordered a veggie poke and sushi through Uber Eats. After waiting 80 minutes and seeing five drivers assigned and then cancel the delivery, I had to cancel the order myself. When I called the restaurant, I was ... told it would take another 30 minutes to prepare the order. Including delivery, this would mean an additional 60 minutes of waiting. I could have gone to the grocery store, bought the ingredients, and cooked it myself in that time. It’s clear the restaurant either isn’t paying attention to the reviews or doesn’t care. If I can put 0 stars I would. Wrong order, missing items. Most disgusting sushi shop I have ever had. When I called and asking about my order after 1 hour and a half he hanged up on my face. Disgusting!!!!

This is an Uber eats complaint! What in the hell did I receive! I receive this order? No chopsticks, no soy sauce, ginger, or wasabi? What a terrible sushi shop place. Will not be purchasing from this location in person or even through Uber eats! What a waste of 20$ ... who eats sushi without soy sauce? Unacceptable. Lazy people working here. The sushi does not even look appetizing. This order was place today at 9pm. Whoever was working, honestly didn’t care about making the order look the least bit edible. Read more

The quality of the food was terrible. The miso soup has big chunnks of lettuce and onions. There was no joy in the consumption of the food. The rolls were horrible as well. The avacado in one portion of the food was bad. The spring roll was frozen and quality was super ... low. Read more

I was super excited and happy to bring a platter of sushi to a bday party. I arrived 20 minutes after placing the phone order as directed by the phone clerk. The team took another 30 minutes after I arrived for pickup ,to finish making the sushi. The cashier was very hostile and ... seemed annoyed when i mentioned to pay with card. She spoke very rudely and acted rude by slamming the sushi boxes on counter. The store was empty and had no other clients. I definitely will not purchasing ever again from here. Read more
