Went on a Saturday night. It is a decent restaurant and the waiter was friendly. The food was good. We ordered the salmon tartare as an entrée and the beef ramen. The ramen price to portion ratio was good. The broth was tasty and the seaweed was the real thing ... and not the Kirkland kind. The negative point of my visit was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet seemed like it hasn't been washed for days. I feel like sometimes restaurants ignore that point and it could be such a turn off. Read more

Service was so slow, took a total of 50 minutes to get all of our food. I think having one chef man the kitchen was a very bad idea for a Saturday evening. The table next to us was starting to complain because they lost their patience. Food was also very ... average (sushi was semi-fresh), nothing outstanding that I would come back for. I was here just after lunch and it was quiet. They immediately sat me down and when I asked for the washroom they showed it to me. When I got back my table was all set with water the menue and a new set of chopsticks. After about 5 minutes ... of perusing through the menu I flagged the servers attention who then immediately came and took my order. I ordered a whiskey sour, beef tataki and lobster maki roll.
