Strike one, the guy behind the counter was beyond rude. No problem, he could have been having a bad day. We all do! Strike two the table was sticky; asked to have it cleaned and was presented with a rag. I get the no wait staff but to be my own ... busboy, yeah...no. Strike three, the cannelloni was so under-cooked, it was hard. I asked for another plate and was refused and they still made me pay full price. NEVER AGAIN ... Where : Rotisserie Italienne What : Spaghetti and meatballs & Tortellini with Alfredo sauce How was it : We were eyeing the restaurant across the street just before ordering, let's just say we should have made a run for it. We felt bad because we had already sat down. What ... seemed to be a regular there told us that everything on the menu is good but his favourite wasn't on the menu Fettuccini Gigi. We decided to stay, thinking the decor was out of style but maybe the food will all be worth it. Service : We thought it was strange that we had to get up from our table to order at the front counter and to pick up our food. If you check this place out, just be prepared to be your own personal waiter. When you dine there expect to get your own water, your own cutlery, and to go get your own food at the counter. Service wise, it was very sub par but the four season pizza ... was pretty good. Read more

One word...awful. We ordered the Spagatti with meatballs, which tasted like frozen reheated meatballs in a store bought can of pasta sauce. My husband got the lasagne which tasked like paste and cardboard. My son's pepperoni pizza was OK. The garlic bread was done on a kaiser bun...need I say ... more. Read more

I always order the same thing when I go eat here ( Bocaccini salad and veal fettuccini Alfredo ). It's so good I order second plate and bring it home. The prices are good too.
