Avant garde market freshness and evolving menu in a party atmosphere on a great Montreal restaurant corner

There are few words needed to describe Inferno aside from simply phenomenal. The menu is constantly changing and I have yet to be disappointed. The service is phenomenal, the ambiance is warm and trendy and the food will leave you excited for your next visit, each and every single time.

Little corner restaurant in Little Italy. I sprung for the 70 dollar chef's special where they basically bring out every single thing on the menu over four hours and what an adventure that was. Everything was exquisitely presented and the ingredients and dishes; from the dried sausage that tasted exactly ... like my Italian grandmother made, to the 49 day aged steak cooked to perfection, were just unbelievable. Well definitely be bringing my parents/girlfriend/in-laws/friends here because nothing was missing in this dining experience. Admittedly this is one of the 'fanciest' restaurants I've ever been to... Service was very professional and attentive. Menu was tasteful, diverse, and not overwhelming. Chefs are super talented and creative. I don't think you could make a bad choice (although not particularly vegan-friendly). I had a rabbit pasta: the ... meat was super buttery and tender, and the pasta was homemade and tasted incredible. Really solid place. Vibe is familial and not pretentious.
