On Feb 28 at 12:20pm, the cash clerk working at Quattro Piatti would not give me a receipt for my order when I asked for one, and didn't even give me the yellow slip with the number that they normally give despite the place being crowded, which might result in ... my order getting lost. When I asked for the receipt again, the acted as if he is upset and talked with an upset tone as if he's not my servant and I'm the customer who is paying him $22 for the order. Finally, he gave me the yellow slip with a bad attitude. Just to clarify, I have been to this place many times before. I'm a regular customer for 2 years, and they always give me the yellow slip with the number, and if I ask for a receipt, they produce one for me right away. Anyways, I wait for the order at the closest table, and they never announced my order. When I was making my order, I noticed that clerk yelling order numbers loud. He didn't do the same with mine. I am sure he saw me sitting at the table, yet he didn't care. He was playing games very obviously given he was unwilling to give me the receipt earlier. I was forced to finally go ask for my order, and I told the clerk he didn't announce my order, and he lied and said he announced it. He might have announced it in a low voice, but he didn't do it the way he did for other orders for sure that he announced in both French and English (although I spoke French to him, so that's not the main point). That is covert discrimination by that employee against me. He was playing any sorts of games just to avoid treating me well as an equal to all the other customers that are considered by Quattro Piatti. He just didn't want to treat me as I was equal to him either. Management, fire that bad employee immediately and never hire anyone like him ever again!!! This service was 0 given I was not given a receipt, I had to ask hard to get the yellow slip with the order number and got a bad attitude about it, and my order was not announced loudly enough like all the other orders. Don't believe that employee. He is lying to you. What he does is he treats some people well that he thinks he can't get away with mistreatment against, and then he mistreats people that he thinks he can mistreat without getting caught, so he ends up giving management the impression that he's a good employee, when in fact he's a terrible employee. I've never been mistreated this badly by anyone before. If this happens again, I am going to film evidence next time and submit a lawsuit against the place. Read more
When it comes to flavor, it’s 5/5 for a Montreal pizza. The kind where you can actually eat the crust. However, you guys have to cook the bottom longer so it has a crisp bite to it. A little too floppy for my taste.
One of the best pizza places Ive been to! Super fast, fresh, and service is very good! I tried their margarita with added toppings! Its my go to place now.
