We have been this restaurant 3 times. The first two times were good but the third time was worse regarding the lack of service. We waited for 10 minutes with no water, no order, completely 0 service. There was only one waitress and we had no idea where she was, ... but she definitely saw our entrance. When we finally decided to change restaurant, she came out and asked us “are you ok”. A large group of us came in, and the service was horrible. They didn't get us refills on drinks, no cutlery, some of us were told there was no soup while others ordered soup and received it, and other people coming in after, eating and leaving before our group was ... fed. When the last two people were paying, the waitress blasted them about everyone not tipping enough and that the parents should come back and tip more. During a local power outage, the restaurant was overwhelmed with both inside patrons and takeout/pickup orders as they were in the area with power. It was very slow as a result but when our food came it was hot and delicious. The waitress was good about explaining the situation and ... apologizing for the delay. It’s a regular stop for us and we will be back. Note it is very quiet without loud music or tv’s so really noce if you want to talk. Read more

I modified 5 stars to 1 star today based on today experience. I brought my kid today and both of us were very exhausted, wanted to eat something, but this restaurant, even though it was very quiet, only one client at that time, we sat there for a while with ... no drinks, no services. My kid wanted to change a restaurant and we left. From now on, we will never come here anymore. Read more

My kids ordered the Mac n cheese and there was so little in the bowl it didn’t touch the sides. My kids left still hungry. Waitress was more interested in socializing with coworkers and friends. One male staff member was constantly swearing. The restaurant was very quiet. My children and I ... could hear you very clearly. Lastly the restaurant in general was very dirty and falling apart.
