Overrated boutique hotel. Service throughout is horrible, especially in the restaurant. Long wait line to be seated for breakfast, and even longer wait for food. Very disorganized restaurant with no apparent managerial oversight. The wait at the Cafe was equally disheartening. Only one person attending a very busy ... eatery. EV charging stations were only available via valet parking, which brought up the issue of insurance coverage to a total stranger. Very clean room and good room services. I was there as part of group meeting and they served buffet food for us. The only reason i removed one star is they charged me a lot for mini bar drink which I didn’t use it, after talk to reception they removed ... the charge. Read more

We visited using our Amex Platinum hotel credit and received several benefits, including early check-in/late check-out and free breakfast. We spent $100CAD at the bar. The rooms were very new, clean, and unique. I think staying here is not too expensive when paying by cash, especially considering its convenient location. My stay at Vogue Hotel was very wonderful. The rooms were clean, and modern - I stayed in both the double as well as the suite. Both rooms were immaculate. The neighborhood is walkable, with many shops and restaurants. Julie was particularly kind, and made sure my check-in was efficient and ... smooth, while making me feel like a valued guest. Excellent modern well-maintained rooms in good location. Unfortunately had mini bar charges despite not having anything from the mini bar and confirming this on checkout. A receipt for the charges was sent from a no-reply email. Frustratingly was unable to contact the hotel by calling on three separate occasions and filled ... in the web forum asking to be contacted which again there was no reply.
