Not only did they get the order wrong, there is hair in the pizza... Would not recommend.
I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and my god everything was bad about this order. The chicken was super cold and didn't seem fresh at all as if it was cooked the day before and was served in the salad super cold. The salad was not fresh neither. I have ... never felt obliged to give tip, usually I am generous with my tips but this time what the delivery guy did was just wrong. My bill was 11.50 and I gave a $20 bill he only gives me back a $5 bill saying that he doesn't have change. Like forcing me to give him $4.50 tip on $11.00 bill??? If you deliver, you should have change on you. I asked him to give me back a loonie (still being generous) he goes in his car and gets me 60 cents and tells me that's close enough.....Like seriously, your supposed to give me all of my change and then I decide how much I should tip. Just pure bad customer service. At least if the food was fresh and good I would not cared about the tip handling of the delivery guy, but on top of this the food being bad is just not acceptable. The fried chicken was very good, freshly fried and delicious. Their pizza is very good too, all the ingredients are fresh. They have a variety of choices on the menu. It's worth a try. Noting thay the prices are very good too!
Went there once to while I was waiting my turn at the barber shop. It was my first and last time. I ordered a chicken bambino pizza for 6.90$ . The taste of the spices in the sauce were just too strong to my taste and they ... were dominant. This wasn't a big deal , but the big deal was a bone. I've found a bone in one of the pieces of chicken that was in my pizza. I did bite on it and it was not nice. That's why this will be my last time. Also, the guy at the counter looked like he didn't want to be here without any smile. Overall bad experience hope it gets better. Read more
