If I could erase my memories of this place so that I could experience the joy of eating here for the first time I would do it in less than a heartbeat. Foods great, service great, variety is amazing

This place is the best for authentic dining! The best steak, cheese, mushroom Sub in Quebec for sure! The cook is a real gem, as well as the owner! I’ve almost become a regular and they have the kindness of remembering my face as well as my order! Truly the ... greatest underestimated diner in Hochelaga! ** update: if you order for delivery, make sure to live nearby or order BIG because they make a big deal out of it even if I live under 15mins away. Best diner I’ve been to in Montreal! The burgers are just amazing and the fries are fried just right! They are friendly and the portions are incredibly generous. I’ve just had the burgers but I’m trying every single dish. Can’t recommend enough!

The food was incredible! I had the sole fish that came with rice, french fries and salad, and the fish was lightly breaded, and cook perfectly. I also loved the homemade fries... and they were just as good as the fish! The waitress was super nice, and very helpful ... as well. The cook was really nice and friendly, and I complimented him on his meals that he prepared. I highly recommend this place. We found it by luck while driving around. Read more

The generous portions were delicious and I was lucky enough to be served by the new owner, Tatiana, who indicated that La Belle Place is under new management since 2022-05-08. This is the sort of restaurant which has a variety of reasonably-priced menu items to choose from, with everything made ... in the traditional manner. Unfortunately, these places are getting to be fewer in number as the years go by. I will definitely make a point of trying the traditional gyro plate on my next visit. Read more
