Double Pizza - Montreal, Quebec

Worse experience ever the pizza came 1h10 after placing the order and the regional store only wanted to give us a 10% discount for COLD pizza… however, I had talk with a regional manager of the store who told me the delivery guarantee was an hour to have it for ... free! The owner of this store only gave us a discount instead of giving it for free, even though we we’re still ready to tip the delivery guy (which we did). I’m very sadden by this experience as I thought double pizza had better integrity, turns out pizza pizza and domino’s pizza stay true to their delivery guarantee. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. The pizza was extremely oily, the oil was literally drooping from the bag, couldn’t finish it, I just threw it away with the 10 dollar fries that were even worse(hope the poor animals weren’t intoxicated). Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was ... as bad. The worker was extremely mean, said to wait because he was tired and then got angry because I didn’t want to buy the Pepsi after asking for the price, threw the money at me, wasn’t wearing a mask, didn’t have gloves and touched food after touching money. I assume I shouldn’t be surprised, the place perfectly represents the staff and the food, very unclean with a lot of dead flies. I would recommend this place for people that would like to have food poisoning. I recommend Pizza Van Horn for good service and excellent food. Read more

Nice cheese pizza i like the fact you can take only one slice so you dont have to pay for the whole pie !

I ordered the 1lbs half half chicken bite and fries received 7 little chicken bites the size of pinky tip. which where cold and the whole box filled whit fries that where cold and soggy. I called to complain and where told that I will receive 3$ off my ... next order.i mean I waited 1h15 mins for the food and received cold food. And all you can do its 3$ off my next order im sorry they will not be a next order and I suggest people to not order from this place ever if you want descent food cause its uneatable. Read more

I never had problems with Double Pizza before moving in the neighborhood served by this franchise. Some mistakes happened but they were rare and corrected rapidly. However, in the last two months I ordered pizza three times and was served by this franchise every time. Every single time there were mistakes ... with my order. The first time they forgot a topping on one pizza. The second time they forgot my fries and I had to wait for nearly two hours to receive it after informing them of their mistake. The last time I ordered they forgot toppings again and the dough of both of the pizzas was not cooked properly. I'd even go as far as not cooked at all in the center of the pizza. I strongly recommend not ordering from this franchise if you absolutely want some Double Pizza. Read more
