Restaurant Kashmir - Montreal, Quebec

Bad Indian food and bad service. Went there a few years ago but I don't think anything has changed since then.

For the price, it was awful. Tiny portions, the waiter wasn't really friendly, the men's bathroom was creepy... Even the view wasn't good because the windows were so small (we were sitting at the very back). I expected to have an Indian experience at least an MANASTE (proper indie ... greeting) when you get in. This restaurant tried to be a sort of "modern" Indian restaurant but it miserably failed at it. The advice i may suggest to the owner is he should play the card of authenticity... Even the picture on the website doesn't reflect the real thing! On the website it looks delicious but when you order it, totally another thing ... I won't recommend this restaurant at all unless he rethink of the entire concept, menu, price, experience. food was ok. Very expensive. 16.95 for butter chicken and they charge you extra for rice. I won't be back.

Dont listen to the bad reviews here. We had a great time. Food was great, service was good and the food was hot!!
