Amazing take on Indian street food. The use of bread and cheese with the traditional flavors were very well done. What shined the most for me was the masala dosa. Le Super Qualité is one of the best Indian restaurants in Montreal not owned and cooked by any “desi” but by Quebecers who perfected every dish on the menu with its perfect flavors. The idea is to serve “dhaba style food”, so street food. Everything is served on a type ... of silver plates (Bento style) as you would find in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka . The service is awesome and quick. This is my 5th time at this specific restaurant, (and I went to the Central branch countless times), and I tried every single dish.
