Food is cold and inedible. Other than snacks, please don't buy from this restaurant. Poori was dry and hard, chutney was straight from refrigerator. Chicken was cooked bone dry, mutton biriyani literally gave food poisoning. Food quality, taste and service has gone downhill since management has changed. The lady at the front ... just gave free food and the reason given was it rolled down the floor. I don't know how to respond to this level of service. Read more

Tried this restaurant for the first time and was honestly happy of what I got. I ordered 2 biryanis, one lamb and one chicken. The lamb one was good, loved it. But, the chicken one with tandoori chicken was alright because the tandoori was a bit dry and wasn’t enjoyable ... to bite into. But overall, great food, exceptional service. This place is my go-to for South Indian cuisine! The Madras parotha is my absolute favorite. What's even more impressive is that the food here is incredibly affordable compared to other places in Montreal. It's truly a hidden gem, offering delicious options from appetizers to thalis. I must add that ... the lady behind the counter is exceptionally kind. It's not just the food that keeps me coming back, but also the warm and friendly service. Good meals/thali and the chilli chicken Kothu parotha is good with more than adequate quantity. The noodles was average however. Many snacks available in the evening with good take out options.
