Food: no flavour, doesnt look appetizing (check the salad bar and the fish for gods sake!). Butter chicken is so watery no flavour except spices. Chicken inside butter chicken is tandoori chicken dipped in the sauce... the way tandoori is made makes the outside of the chicken rough and it ... wont merge with the flavors of the butter chicken. Vegetarain dishes have no flavour. Honestly I dont understand all those good reviews? Are they paid? Or maybe they never tried other indian places? Service: nice and friendly. Price: dinner buffet doesnt deserve more than 12$ honestly. Food was cold from the lunch time. So just go for lunch there. Tip: trust local guides and see how much they rated this place. For the price you pay this is the best Indian buffet around the Plateau. The buffet is reasonable, not too fancy, but the quality of the food is above standard. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is adequate to the decor and concept. If you fancy buffets with ... large selections and choices you will be slightly disappointed but what they lack in variety they make up in quality, of course given the price. I've given out five star ratings before that were what I thought was five star restaurants based on service or food or price, but buffet Sultan is by far the best restaurant I've reviewed yet. Cost 40$ for two people, for all you can eat Indian cuisine. The staff was ... really friendly and went beyond anything I have seen at a buffet. The food was outstanding!!
