I love the product, but the service was horrible. Without a hello, nosmile, talking in short phrases that make no sense and without a thank you. For 1 mini & petite ice cream with no choice OPTION NOT to tip - SHAME ON YOU! And it was not a ... French or English issue. Not again__________UPDATE. I was our first time and we really liked it. I ordered 1 Franc Boisé ($8.75 + taxes) and my husband ordered 1 Full Pâte à biscuits ($8.75 + taxes). Our favorite was the one i ordered. I visited the Gelato shop with a group of friends, not my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The flavours are rich and daring at times but you always get what you pay for. They have a variety of gelato flavours, sorbet and soft ice cream.
