This restaurant has French chef and Japanese chef.They both really good. I am Japanese. If you would like to have real Japanese meal. This is the best place i recommend for Japanese restaurant. French meal is amazing,too. I love this place,because i can bring any friends. They have French menu ... as well,so if my friends not sure about Japanese meal, they can just order French meal. Far from the sometimes poorly executed fusion concepts, this restaurant has instead chosen to offer variety in an authentic way and it succeeds very well. Very good sushi and straightforward French cuisine, all at a really good price!
This is one of a kind restaurant concept! There are two chefs, Satoshi and François wich both have their own menu. This isn't a fusion restaurant but rather authentic Japanese and authentic French cuisine. There's a table d'hote at night for 38$ that includes a soup, an entrée and a main ... dish and it's up to you to mix French and Japanese dishes or to stick to one type. Super good restaurant, the mix between Japanese and French cuisine is really a good idea, and the dishes are delicious, the chef is extremely friendly, his advice is excellent, he knows perfectly what he is doing and is passionate about cooking. The atmosphere is rather calm, not many people (which I ... don't understand) the interior is magnificent, modern, with some Japanese artistic touches (which the chef took the time to explain to us in detail).
