Food was very good with the Montreal à table menu. Every dish was original, savors well balanced, portions generous. We were disappointed with the wine-by-the-glass list, which contained no wine from USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc. Mostly french, which we don't like. The food was amazing! We ordered two entrées, the shrimp and the lobster, to share. For our main plates we had the duck stuffed ravioli and the onglet de boeuf. The mushroom risotto was the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked, flavourful and they managed to keep the full flavours of the mushrooms. The beets appetizer may seem simple, but it was so perfectly balanced in flavour, it made such a simple dish so delicate and delicious. The salmon was ... perfectly cooked, not over-cooked (restaurants usually easily make this mistake), the flavour of the sauce and seasoning still pops without taking away the natural taste of the salmon.
