I have never had spring rolls like this in my life, nor eaten fish prepared this way. The flavours were insane (can i get a bottle of that pineapple ketchup?!), and next to actually going to the philippines and trying food there, it was the best introduction to this type ... of cuisine i could have had. This is a really good restaurant to bring people to I think that the combination of brunch style foods and Filipino foods make it interesting and the portions are quite reasonable. Had Sunday brunch here. REALLy good food, great atmosphere, great latte. Three of us. We had: Fried Chicken & Waffles, Tochilog, Spicy tocino sandwich, & Leconsilog. ALL GOOD. The Fried Chicken was tasty AF. The Leconsilog (pork belly) had nice flavor with nice crunchy crust. Tochilog was sweet and sour but perfect balance. It was ... my favorite. I didn’t taste the sandwich but my friend said it was delicious. Each dish came with a side of pickled papaya. Which we all enjoyed. We made reservation for opening at 11am. But maybe it was because it was raining but we could have gotten seated immediately even if we didn’t make the reservation. We went for Brunch and the food was delicious! Perfect amount of flavours and crunch in every plate. Decently priced also! The mint litchi mocktail was so tasty! Everything was cooked to perfection. The only critique I’ll say is that the Smoked Eggplant salad was a tiny bit too smoky? ... I was looking forward to dining here as we visited from Ontario and wanted to have some Filipino eats before the year ended of 2023, I'm glad we picked the right spot. The perfect vibe for a date night, mind you, our kid was with us, so it was a ... great family time. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was fitting for the night. I over ordered, like I usually do when I'm at a new place with an incredible menu. Like always, I took a lot home and even reheated everything was delicious.
