Meat is prepared before hand (for the lunch time). This makes the meat (chicken and beef)dry and exposed to the air. One of the worse sukiyaki imho.
I'm not sure why this is Japanese food, but it just tastes like restaurant food.
Bad food, I had to go to the bathroom few times, after approx 15 minutes. Probably the food was not fresh or even expired (it was the end of the day)...I will never go back there.

I really like their yakisoba with shrimp and scallops. You can ask for extra protein (shrimp, scallops, beef) for a small increment in the price. You will get fresher food if you go on weekends because on weekdays they prepare the beef and chicken in advance, probably to make lines ... go faster. I don't give it 5 starts because in spite of Sukiyaki being part of MTY rewards, in this particular franchise none of the employees know or want to credit the points. Read more
