Is this place still open??? I tried several times (2 different days during the week) to call to have it delivered but no one picked up the phone.

No need to go all the way to Poutineville or La Banquise to eat good poutines in Côte des Neiges and its surrounding areas! The variety of poutines offered is really WIDE! There will be something for everyone and the portions are really VERY generous (word from a big eater... 😁). In ... addition you will find burgers and hotdogs for those who are not fans of poutines & the prices are affordable. The only negative point is the delivery service which sometimes leaves something to be desired. Especially since recently you have to order for a minimum of $15 and if you want to pay by card (credit or debit), it will cost you $1 more... very bad service. I went on a monday night. There was a very rude server ( man in his 50s) who served us.I hate to say it but I dont know if he was a racist since the fact i was skin color and spoken in english. He gave me ... very bad attitude for nothing, didnt want to serve me properly and also over heard him speaking on the phone in french with someone( he didnt know i understand french). He kept saying racist stuffs about skin colored people. I told him i wanted to eat here but he put it on a tray to go and when i told him that he slammed my poutine on the table, cut the tray in half with a knife and dumped the poutine carelessy on a bowl. overall the store looked like a great place to eat but with a server/worker like him there it makes me think twice.
