i received poor customer service from Danquiese from the Beaubien restaurant, I ordered two pizzas with one small fry, we paid and didnt get the fry and its been over 2+ hours and several calls, she hung up on me twice and put me on indefinite hold until i called ... on my cell phone to see what's going on. Very delicious pizza, a lot of toppings and cheese!

Great foods for the price, good amount of food as a big eater I always have some for the next day. The only bad thing that I experienced on more than one occasion and I really mean it like 50% of the time, they forget stuff from my order that I ... have to order again to have it back, sometime it's a fries other time it's an ingredient on my pizza. I ordered my pizza tonight at 4:22 pm on the online portal. I entered all my information correct and I have an emailed receipt to prove it. The receipt said it will take 45 minutes to 1 hour for delivery. I called an hour and a half after to check ... on the order and when it was going to be delivered. Since it’s freezing tonight and I live in a big neighborhood, I wasn’t upset with the delay. A woman answered the phone, pretty rudely but I didn’t pay any mind, and she said the delivery person would be there in 5-10 minutes. (We live 5 minutes away btw.) 25 minutes more of waiting so I called again. This time a man answered. He asked for my address twice to check and then I told him my full name. He checked again and said I didn’t write the right address and that they attempted to call me more than 5-6 times at the time the order was placed and said he even heard my voicemail with my voice and my name. No one call me that night AT ALL and the address was in fact written correctly because I have a receipt to prove it. I asked okay what can we do to fix this issue as we are hungry and he said well we never even placed your order anyway. very disappointed as I was recommended to try this place. Read more
