Worst lunch I ever had...very disappointed. Coming from ON, this was terrible, no friendly service, food was cold and didn't meet McDonald's standards.Sandwich was burnt, Fries had black dots all over, was it dropped on the floor and put back in the fryer???

I pick up mobile other by drive-thru, saying Hello so many into the speaker then waiting for a while until someone there. Then waiting so long for them to prepare the order after I left the kids found they are missing the fries. We came back and saying Hello so ... many times to the speaker, but this time no one answers me. I go straight to the checkout, I told the lady there, but he was very meanly, she doesn’t even want to answer me, then she came back with the cold bag of the fries, she gave me like the one you are throwing the garbage. Definitely not the best McDonald's around. When you would expect consistent service and experience across all McD's, do not expect a professional nor fast service at this one. We often have to repeat our orders several times, not because they do not understand us, but rather because they do not ... pay attention when you order. At some point we just decided to give up and go with whatever they thought we ordered. Food and beverages quality is like everywhere else though. Read more

Busy place service is slower than other McDonald's expect waiting time. Fries should be fresher and food are sometimes cold because of the wait. Might be faster ordering from drive-thru. One of the newer McDonald's, so it's clean and have a nice play park for kids.
