I have been shopping here for over 10 years, but unfortunately, the customer service has significantly deteriorated. Yesterday, while shopping for a shirt for my father for Father's Day, I noticed there were two different price tags on the same shirt. So, I gently asked an employee which price was ... correct. He curtly replied, "Ça n'a pas été étiqueté" and did not elaborate. What does that even mean? Both shirts had price tags, so how could they "not be labeled"? Anyway, I asked him a few more questions, and he seemed annoyed, responding in a very condescending manner. I don't understand why, as the employee wasn't assisting another customer and was merely folding clothes. I never write a bad review but I had an horrible experience... I went with my future husband to buy a suit for our wedding... the moment we started speaking in another language (between us), the staff totally ignored us. After, the employees were super rude. They helped everyone except us; The ... old lady and the boy looked at us as if we were going to steal something... the boy had a horrible attitude towards us and looked us up and down. At the end, we left because when we asked for help... ignored. You should hired people with better values and actitud. Read more

Because of their great customer service and large range of clothes and accessories at various price points, Simons has been my #1 destination for at least 15 years. However, the quality of customer service, at which they used to excel, has become spotty and the quality and selection of clothing ... and accessories has deteriorated over the past two years. If you're expecting service during your lunch hour you're simply at the wrong place. I needed something real quick and it took a bit of time for someone from the store to greet me and the help was a bit non chaland.

They are having a sale now, winter and summer clothes, bathroom on second floor where there is a service desk, water refill fountain very useful. Not cheap but quality stuff.
