I love ordering pizza from Dominos. It’s also convenient as I don’t even need any delivery app to order. I order from my laptop & it also provides live tracking.

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with a recent delivery experience from your store in the late evening of 06/05/2024 around 11:30 pm. I had specifically ordered a no-contact delivery due to having an individual with a very weak immune system in my household. Despite this precaution, the ... delivery driver came to my door and rang the doorbell in an extremely aggressive manner. The driver’s contact was not only unnecessary but dangerous, given the health vulnerability in my home. This action directly violated the no-contact delivery request and compromised our safety. Furthermore, the driver made contact with me solely to request a tip, even though I had completed the entire payment online. This solicitation for additional payment was inappropriate and unprofessional. When I declined to provide a tip, the driver reacted by hitting my door and insisted that I sign a document on paper. Out of safety concerns, I felt compelled to sign it. To add to this troubling experience, the pizza I received had a noticeable chunk missing, which I documented with my camera as evidence. The price is decent with the use of coupons. But the food is seriously bland. They barely add any sauce and other ingredients. It's just another way to cheap out. So any further increase in the prices would make this place a no-go.

I have ordered a Quebecois Large pizza & it’s a $26.00 pizza. Please understand this thing, we are paying you money to get a good, fresh, pizza with the toppings that you have mentioned in your website. It was cold, rubbery, and taste less. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!I ordered one large 4 topping pizza with extra cheese,chicken, onion and cheddar. BUT!! I received cheap cheese pizza with few chicken pieces accidentally entered. I found 8 pieces of chicken in whole pizza and as you can see in the picture(I uploaded photo but not showing, ... maybe it's blocked), even some of pizza don't contain one piece!!!!! Read more
