I love the food here! The lahmajoun is my favorite. It has a chill, takeout atmosphere with good prices as well located right in the heart of downtown Montreal. This is a great place to try out new delicious food.

The stuff is friendly and polite. They didn't have a basic cheese pizza, which is disappointing, because we came to the place for this specific item. Please stock up your fridge in the future. Also consider to open a branch on the South Shore. :)

The food is tasty, quick grab before class. The staff was kind and nice with me. I went there twice and they were nice with me and helped me to choose my wrap, I asked a million question and took me too long to order but they were super kind with ... me. The price is ok. I worked in a similar restaurant for 5 years and I know it can be annoying when customers come in at the last minute, so I try to avoid doing that. This location was supposed to close at 9pm and it was 8:30pm when I was passing by. Because it's ... housed within a major university and located in the downtown core I figured it'd be safe to assume that the last half hour before closing wouldn't be a pain for them, since they're probably used to getting high foot traffic. However, when I ordered my wrap, the lady working told me there'd be no veggies and asked if that would be okay. I kind of laughed and said not really and motioned to leave since it didn't really make sense to me to have a wrap without toppings for dinner when I was surrounded by other open restaurants, but she then she asked what veggies I wanted to proceed with my order. I realized that the problem was that she had already wrapped up all the veggies and put them in the fridge for the night. In the end she had to open each container and get out whatever veggies I had requested. I figured she probably hated me already for having her unwrap her veggies, but there was a snow storm outside and I wanted to eat my wrap quickly before heading out while it was still warm, so I asked her if I had time to down it quickly at a table by the door (so I wouldn't dirty anything and slow down her close). She looked at the time and told me: 5 minutes. Not wanting to feel like a pain in the ass and not wanting to have to rush, I decided to head out and take it home to eat, realizing it'd probably get cold given that I still had to walk outside in the storm, but that it was better than feeling rushed and unwelcome. I checked my watch and it was only 8:34PM. I understand that restaurant workers want to have an efficient close and leave ASAP, but if you're going to start packing things up 30 min before close I feel that's a bit too far in advance and you're better off just locking the door. I ordered the Aleppo and it was tasty, so I'd actually go again. My experience wasn't that bad. I'm actually just giving a detailed account of how things went in case I'm just being picky over something that other people feel is kind of normal, so you can make your own judgement. I think going to a sit-down restaurant 30 minutes before closing time is kind of pushing it, but for a fast-food in a prime location I feel it should be reasonable to expect to have the basic ingredients available and have time to eat until at least 10-15 minutes before it closes Read more

The food is affordable and very tasty but certain things like garlic sauce, cheese and chicken is extra which I understand. The staff is also very nice
