For how good the food was and how nice the staff are, I'm surprised there aren't more people eating here . I got a beef plate with rice,salad and potatoes . I wanted pho from the shop next door but it was closed so I decided to go with a mixed grilled meat plate. I never usually have a good experience with these places because the food is usually not fresh. I had the Al-Taib platter and as expected it wasn’t ... delicious. The kofte was dry; while the beef and chicken were not dry, they were lukewarm. The service was good and pushed the overall experience to a three. I tried two of their salads as well as the falafel. Average at best is my verdict. The rice and potatoes were blah. Food like this needs to be made to order to be tasty but impractical for swift service.
