Chicken club sandwich tasted like shredded canned chicken (watery) and the fries were overcooked. The gravy tasted like flour and when I complained all the said was ok. I went to this location last week and had a rather negative experience. One of the cooks was eating on the job and checking his phone. By the time I noticed this I had already ordered. He seemed oblivious to the fact that people were watching him. I wouldn't have ... been so critical in this review were it not for the fact that when reaching out to share my feedback I was ignored (it's been over 4 days now). We had a bad experience at Promenade st bruno mall. The burgers bun was cold, the meat patty cold inside and poutine inside was also cold. Bunch of amateurs, don’t recommend.

We tried Rock'N Deli since it was the only halal smoked meat place that we could find. It is located inside the mall, and it was not open at the time listed on their website, so we had to wait a long time. We never tried halal smoked meat before, ... but overall we enjoyed the dishes. We were excited about the smoked meat sandwich but ended up enjoying the smoked meat poutine more. I would visit again to try other items, but I won't be trying any sandwiches since the bread was tough, and the sandwich was very dry. There is also an option of just buying smoked meat, which can be an excellent option to make sandwiches at home. Read more

I find it pretty decent for the price. Got the med poutine for $5. Haven't tried the smoke meat though.
