It's a long time since our last visit to Toi, Moi et Cafe. We loved it when they were on Notre Dame and at one point they were hoing to open in Verdun. Anyway, the cafe is well-established on Laurier. The interior seemed gloomy but we were seated quickly. The ... coffee was good, we ordered, and the food arrived promptly. I had the carnivore Benedictine which was very good and exactly what I wanted! The eggs were nicely done and the pulled beef was tasty. The portion size may be on the small side for some people, but that leaves room for cake. This was by far the best café I've been to in a while. The atmosphere and style was warm and earthy, the staff were kind and helpful and the desserts were amazing. I would come back here in a heartbeat just for that Toblerone cheesecake.

We went here randomly being in the neighborhood, and we chose the perfect place! The employees were so nice and helpful. We chose two GENEROUS pieces of cake, a moccachino and Earl Grey tea.
