Quality has gone lower since it was bought by Burger king. Now it has truly become a fast food chain

This is gotta be the worse Tim's I've ever been service takes forever.longwaits big line-ups.

I asked four different items, they didn’t have any of them! Not even the coffee! What’s the point of advertising the menu if you will not have what’s on the menu??!! I left empty handed.

Why is it open for drive in and not for walking customers during his covid we understood but now? Of course nowhere mentioned until you get there. Tim Horton's has a lot to answer for. A lot of unsatisfied customers. Believe me a lot customers are not going back. ... And what about saving the planet???? I hope they are not claiming to be eco-friendly. A very frustrated customer . A clear sign that Tim Horton's do not care anymore about its customer or the environment. On top their drive in mic still not working ( at least a couple od days) Wow what a service, and please do not ask as to contact the customer service or the manager . If I could give 0 stars I would. No cream cheese on my bagel as I asked cream cheese and I asked for croissant and paid and they didn't put in order...
