I recently visited this Tim Horton, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Here’s why: Service: The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took forever to get our orders taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. Food Quality: The food was lackluster. My sandwich was overcooked and dry, and the ... vegetables were underseasoned. It felt like they were cutting corners in the kitchen. Cleanliness: The restaurant’s cleanliness left much to be desired. Dirty tables, and a faint odor in the air—it was off-putting. I noticed that this Tim Hortons needs attention in terms of cleanliness. When I requested one of the employees to clean a table, he mentioned that he has no time to do that. Disgusting. There is no other word for it. Ordered breakfast croissants. I think they gave me croissants what were 1-2 weeks old, if not more, completely dry and disintegrating into tiny pieces.
