Nothing bad on the employees, owners should just do a better job staffing. One guy in the whole restaurant at 7pm. Poor guy.

The orange ginger beer was incredible; one of the best drinks I've ever had. I'm just concerned that workers are being unfairly treated here. Are there no unions in Canada? Don't tell me it's as bad as the United States? I'm from Australia, and we would never force a person to work ... on their own in a restaurant. I'm pretty sure that this is against the law. Very clean and good atmosphere compared to other Tim Hortons in town. Yet, made a mobile order 20min in advance as I had a train to catch at Montreal Gare Central and wanted to pick up my coffee as soon as I arrived there. I ended up waiting 12min for ... my order and had to run to catch my train because my order was only considered when I asked for it in person. Read more

Love Tim Horton’s! I get the coffee pods for home, love the coffee, but finally being able to go to an authentic location was awesome. Coffee was great, my bagel sandwich was perfect and the employees were super nice. It was Montréal, but I don’t speak French, ... so they happily switched to English.
