Simply the BEST Second Cup in Montréal ! Open 24/7, the team is really nice and they answer any request about your coffee. The boss is more than welcoming. Note : crowded around 3-4 pm by students+laptop

The best coffee shop in montreal ! Love the ambience its so cosy. Perfect for meetings, study dates and hangouts. The coffee is amazing and the staff is lovely. They have a cute gazeebo that makes you feel like you’re sitting in nature which makes it my favorite spot 😁

I love Second Cup but please avoid the Cote des Neiges location solely based on the manager/owner. I entered the second cup to study and the manager immediately kicked me out because I already had a beverage in my hand. I repeatedly asked him if I could buy another drink or ... food in order to study in here but for some reason he just kept dodging my questions and prohibited me from entering. I don't know if he was expecting me to throw out my drink but I did not want to waste it. He could have also just asked me to put it away instead of kicking me out This owner is extremely rude. I am a regular at this Second Cup, and he is constantly getting mad at customers. He got upset at an old lady for misreading the menu and ordering the wrong drink. He was forcing her to pay for the drink, even though she didn't want it. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I am just disappointed to be on the receiving end of the manager's rudeness. Especially since I regularly study there, I almost always by a drink or food, and leave this guy a tip. 0/5 stars. Great place to study alone or in groups. There are a lot of seats and charging outlets. And I love that they have a solarium at the back. It’s really pretty and looks cozy, especially when it’s raining. My only complaint is that their wifi is really slow. Like sometimes ... it won’t even appear on the list. This place is not accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. But they have a terrace which is great. I always get the best service from the staff. Read more
