I’m appalled at the way my daughter was treated. We came to have a coffee and a bite to eat, before ordering my daughter asked to use the restroom and they told her that she had to order something before using it. She told them I need to use the ... washroom immediately, I’ll order after I use it, another man comes over to her and repeats the same thing very rudely . Are they that hard up for a $3 cup of COFFEE that they can’t let their customers use the restroom first. This isn’t the first time she experienced this at this place. I’m visiting from another country and I’m disgusted with the disrespect and rudeness. She didn’t end up using the restroom and we left immediately. If I could give it a negative number I would… The guy at the counter actually chased me down the counter telling me that I could not use the washroom unless I ordered first… stupidest thing I’ve ever heard …. this is why I go to Starbucks

2/29/24- second visit. Much lesser people at night. Still same comment on our first visit. No other cafe nearby to schwartz or to the sherbrooke station. The food is fair tasting, we were not asked if we want it warm to be served with. We ordered matcha and the blue drink, ... tastes so-so. The upside here is the place is sophisticated. They have bathrooms which is locked and keys are with the crew. Their bathroom has a baby changing station but they dont have high chairs. Ambiance is chill. Lots of students spending their time.
