This is the first time that I’ve purchased something from Boutique Jacques. I’ve actually never heard of this store before. I’m from Vancouver and was looking for quality sport jackets for work with unique colours and patterns. I did not find one in Vancouver. I found one and purchased from ... the Boutique Jacques online shop and the experience was great. It was the last one of its size (so the inventory tracking was accurate) and the jacket was shipped quickly. The item was packed well and arrived safe and sound today. Order a Robert Barakett t-shirt. Made a mistake in the order. The Boutique picked up on it and called me straight away. Very friendly person and helped me fix the order right away. I asked to have the shipment delayed as I was going to be away and did not want ... it sitting on the porch. No problem. The person made sure the shipment arrived exactly on the date I requested. While the quality of clothing seems great, I’m disappointed in my experience. I recommend against shopping online as the return policy is not adequate for a store that sells suits. I offered to pay for return shipping, but they insisted that they could not receive the unworn jacket they sold to me. Again: ... quality seems good. But the online experience is lacking. Between the slow shipping and their bad return policies, it’s probably best to only purchase after trying in person. Read more
