We had a Christmas party of 52 people on Saturday night. We reserved the hall area. We placed a very simple order and easy to manage. Mario the son's owner of the restaurant promised to give good service. Well, the experience was horrifying. Very unprofessional service, ... disorganize in the kitchen with the cooks, some food was cold and late, did not service water. If it was not for my guests to get up and go help out to push out the orders and helped serve it too. They did not pick up the dirty dishes when we were finished eating. Once again the guests help picked up the dishes. To top it all... they did not have coffee. What restaurant does not have coffee and milk. We had to demand to serve tea. Mario was the delivery guy, a waiter and a manager. Which he failed in all of the above as a professional owner. I little advice to Mario, if you plan to continue run this restaurant. Please hire the professional waiters for your special occasions. You just lost 52 new customers. Read more
