I bought 2 bubble teas. (1 for gf and 1 for me) mine was almost room temperature and both were watered down. The taste was off and it felt like the tapioca were tiny tasteless beeds. Pros: Good location and the service was pretty fast. Cons: I was really desperate and craving milktea bubbletea; I was also not expecting to have the best bubbletea in town but the drink was simply not good: bubbles were hard and the milk tea tasted super watered down and the ... cup was not even filled fully. The only complaint I have about this place is that a lot of cashiers are very very slow. Sometimes it takes them like 20 seconds just to pack 3 buns, and the cashiers are so slow that you feel like watching a slow motion movie. During busy time it can ... be frustrating. Read more

A client took my drink instead of hers. She came back once she realized it and informed the man doing bubble teas. He did not want to make me a new one and made a scene saying I should have told the woman it was mine... How am I supposed ... to know she did not ordered the same thing I did?!? In addition of accusing me for being responsible, he proceeded to scold me instead of making me a new 4$ bubble tea! At one point, an other customer jumped in and told him to just make me a clean one as this was not sanitary and the line was getting very long. I told him he could have the one the client mistakenly took. He said no. Then how can you ask me to drink it if you would’nt do it yourself!?! This is basic. Completely absurd. Good tasting sweets and bread for a very cheap price. Also, have a big selection of bubble teas which have been good ever time I’ve gotten one. I don’t know anything about them wasting food, but I won’t take stars off for that cus it’s a hole-in-the-wall spot for ... bread and drinks, not a philanthropic organization.
